(1) In every financial year, the committee may give an award to the employee for the best work done by him on the recommendation of the committee as per sub-rule (2) along with a certificate as follows:- Name of the award Amount Rs. Number
(a) Best Legislature-Sons Service Award 1,00,000/- to one person (b) Best Legislature-Parliament Service Award 75,000/- to one person (c) Legislature-Parliament Service Award 50,000/- to two persons (2) To recommend the award as per sub-rule (1), there will be the following committee:-
(a) Secretary General — Chairman
(b) Secretary — Member
(c) Secretariat Secretary — Member
(3) For awarding the award as per sub-rule (1), the committee as per sub-rule (2) shall select and recommend the employee based on the following:-
(a) Performance Evaluation,
(b) Seniority,
(c) Discipline, diligence, conscientiousness and professional efficiency.
(4) Sub-rule (2) In the event that any office bearer of BMOJI is vacant, the remaining office bearers shall not be hindered from recommending the award.
(5) The sample certificate to be given along with the award as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Schedule-14.
